Job summary

Dow seeks a Technology Director to define and lead digital capabilities strategy across Digital Operations. You will guide responsible adoption with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams, while mentoring leaders and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment grounded in integrity and continuous improvement.

The role can be located at any Dow site in North America, Latin America, or Europe, with a focus on safety, reliability, and delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at/above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• For U.S. Applicants: must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy.
• Partner with site and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable digital solutions.
• Establish measures of success and monitor value realization.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
