Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities for intelligent automation to improve decision-making, reliability, and business value, mentoring leaders and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment focused on safety and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implement Operations strategy for advancing digital capabilities.
• Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy within Digital Operations.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to understand operational needs.
• Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and deliver value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable digital solutions.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Build organizational understanding of advanced digital capabilities.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned to site and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology-based performance and guidance to senior leadership.
• Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
