Job summary
Dow seeks a Technology Director to define and lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities in Digital Operations. You will partner with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to drive intelligent automation, strengthen reliability, and deliver measurable value while upholding safety and governance.
This role can be located at any Dow site in North America, Latin America, or Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
- Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy within Digital Operations.
- Collaborate with site, production, functional, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities.
- Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and deliver measurable value.
- Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
- Develop and mentor teams to strengthen capabilities and governance.
