Job summary

Dow seeks a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities for intelligent automation, improve decision-making, and create sustainable business value across sites and functions.

You will mentor leaders, collaborate with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams, while upholding safety, governance, and integrity. This role can be located at any Dow site in NA, LATAM, or Europe.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and at least 10 years of work experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making and value.
• Partner with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
• Mentor and coach leaders and individual contributors while driving governance and safety.
• Translate business priorities into scalable digital solutions and measures of success.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site and business needs.
