Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making and operational performance, guiding adoption with safety and governance in mind.

The role can be located at any Dow site in North America, Latin America, or Europe, and requires mentoring and collaboration with leaders across functions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• US applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Operations strategy to advance digital capabilities.
• Own accountability for oversight and strategy implementation in Digital Operations.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to identify needs and opportunities.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and deliver value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions and integrate them into workflows.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption, performance, and value realization.
