Job summary
Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the digital capabilities strategy within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making, reliability, and business value, guiding adoption with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams while prioritizing safety and governance.
The role can be located at any Dow site in North America, Latin America, or Europe, reporting to senior leadership and mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
- 10+ years of relevant working experience.
- U.S. work eligibility without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
- Identify high-value opportunities and translate priorities into practical digital solutions.
- Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to address operational needs.
- Develop scalable solutions and integrate them into existing processes.
- Monitor adoption and value realization; guide teams and leadership on emerging digital capabilities.
