Job summary

IMEG Corporation, a technology-focused engineering firm, seeks a skilled engineer to design and analyze IT cabling, AV, security, and low-voltage systems for varied projects. You will create detailed designs and calculations, communicate with clients, and support project planning within a collaborative team.

You will work with BIM basics and industry-standard software, traveling up to 50% as needed. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and team cooperation is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate in BIM or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years, 4+ preferred in building design consulting or construction.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems design for buildings and related engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of IT cabling, AV, security, and low-voltage systems.
• Use software to produce designs, specs, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical details.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
