Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager for Managed Reinvention Services in the United States. The role demands deep experience leading large, multi‑tower delivery programs, including P&L accountability and AI‑driven delivery models.

You will design agentic operations, build AI-enabled delivery teams, and translate performance into reinvention value for CIOs and senior IT leadership. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience with direct P&L ownership across multi‑tower environments.
• 5+ years designing or operating AI‑driven delivery models (AIOps, GenAI‑powered ITSM, or intelligent observability).
• 10+ years accountable for multi‑tower delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud Engineering.
• 5+ years engaging CIOs/CTOs on managed services strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with agentic or autonomous operations models and value-based pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery accountability across multi‑tower managed services.
• Architect and operationalize AI‑first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard.
• Reshape tech economics by shifting Run spend toward Reinvention capital.
• Lead workforce transition to AI agent fleets and human SREs.
• Expand senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leadership.
• Drive modernization within the run model and governance for autonomous operations.
• Shape and win MRS pursuits in bids and solution design.
