Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services in Hartford, CT to lead end-to-end multi-tower delivery with P&L ownership and a focus on AI-driven transformations. You will partner with CIOs and senior IT leaders, shape operating models, and drive modernization across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI, while advancing client reinvention initiatives.

This role requires deep industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to win new business

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of technology delivery experience including P&L ownership of large-scale applications and/or infrastructure managed services.
Minimum of 5 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models—AIOps, agentic automation, GenAI-powered ITSM.
Minimum of 10 years accountable for multi-tower delivery across AMS, IMS, Security Operations, Data & AI, Cloud Engineering.
Experience with agentic/autonomous operations models and value-based pricing concepts.
Proven track record engaging CIOs/CTOs on managed services strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Minimum of 5 years in Resources Industry Utilities experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery accountability — full P&L and outcomes across multi-tower accounts (AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI).
Architect AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard; progress clients along autonomy maturity curves.
Reshape tech economics by driving cost takeout, debt reduction, and throughput gains to fund transformation.
Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI fleets and human SREs; define new roles and governance.
Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leaders; expand engagement scope over time.
Drive modernization within the run model; embed architecture simplification and resilience engineering.
Shape and win MRS pursuits with credible delivery detail in bids and commercial structuring.
