Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for its Managed Reinvention Services (MRS) practice in the US. You will own end-to-end delivery across multi-tower managed services, shaping AI-first operating models and driving client value.

You will engage CIOs and senior IT leaders to grow reinvention opportunities and lead workforce evolution toward autonomous operations. You should have 8+ years in technology delivery with direct P&A ownership, plus experience designing or operating AI-driven delivery

Qualifications

8+ years delivering technology projects with direct P&A ownership across large-scale managed services.
3+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models in production contexts.
8+ years managing multi-tower delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud Engineering.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across multi-tower managed services, with P&A and outcomes responsibility.
Architect AI-first delivery models and operationalize agentic operations across platforms.
Drive cost takeout and tech debt reduction to fund reinvention initiatives.
Lead teams of AI agents and human SREs, defining new roles for autonomy.
Expand executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs, translating delivery to reinvention value.
Embed modernization and resilience as ongoing deliverables within managed services.
Shape and win MRS pursuits with credible delivery and commercial depth.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
