Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead complex, multi-tower managed services accounts end-to-end. You will shape agentic operating models, engage CIOs with credibility, and drive reinvention value across the portfolio.

The role requires deep expertise in AI-driven delivery, platform engineering, and modernized run models, with frequent travel as needed. This is a senior leadership position within Accenture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership.
• Minimum of 5 years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models.
• Experience with multi-tower delivery across AMS, IMS, Security, Data & AI, or Cloud Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services.
• Architect AI-first delivery models and accelerate autonomy levels.
• Drive cost takeout, debt reduction, and throughput gains for reinvention.
• Lead AI agent fleets and human SREs in delivery teams.
• Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leadership.
• Expand engagement scope through modernization and governance.
