Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead end-to-end, multi-tower managed services with a focus on AI-driven delivery. You will engage CIOs, reshape tech economics, and oversee the transition to autonomous operations across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI.

You will architect agentic delivery models, drive modernization in the run model, and shape pursuits for large-scale renewals and transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years technology delivery experience with direct P&L ownership of large-scale accounts.
• 5+ years designing/operating AI-driven delivery models (AIOps, GenAI-powered ITSM).
• 10+ years multi-tower delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services.</br>Architect AI-first delivery models and operationalize agentic platforms.
• Reshape tech economics by driving cost takeout and reinvestment into transformation initiatives.
• Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI fleets and human SREs.
• Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leaders, expanding scope over time.
• Drive modernization inside the run model with architecture simplification and resilience engineering.
• Shape and win MRS pursuits, contributing to bids, design, and pricing strategies.
