• 10+ years in technology delivery or engineering program management.
• Proven track record optimizing Agile delivery frameworks and QA practices.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance.
• Audit delivery processes, implement repeatable operating models, and drive Agile best practices.
• Lead internal AI adoption by identifying workflows and deploying ROI-driven tools.
• Partner with CTO and school operations leaders to align timelines with academic calendar.
• Establish health KPIs, track velocity, and mitigate risks across product initiatives.
