Job summary
Head of Technology Delivery at Success Academy Charter Schools reports to the CTO and will own end-to-end product quality, streamline delivery processes, and lead the strategic adoption of internal AI tools to support academic and operational goals. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, engineering program management, or related field.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-team delivery.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML productivity tools responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance for high-performing tech deployments.
- Audit delivery processes, implement repeatable operating models, and drive agile best practices to reduce cycle times.
- Lead internal AI adoption by identifying high-leverage workflows and deploying tools that boost productivity and delivery quality.
- Partner with CTO and leaders to align delivery timelines with organizational needs and calendar.
