Job summary

You will drive delivery excellence, manage risks, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leading technology delivery teams and programs.
- Direct people leadership experience with coaching and development.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team.
- Drive successful delivery of technology solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology leadership to manage the delivery backlog.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
