Lead delivery for IMS West applications, including architecture, engineering, QA, release management, and production support.

Develop modernization roadmaps, cloud migration, and risk-reduction initiatives.
Establish governance, change management, and release governance to minimize risk.
Build and lead high-performing engineering, DevOps, QA, and production support orgs.
