Job summary

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 30% –Data Management, Compliance, and Recordkeeping
  Manage and maintain TRIO participant databases and electronicrecords; ensure accurate documentation of participant eligibility,services, academic progress, enrollment, and outcomes; conductdata-quality reviews; reconcile records; and maintain dataintegrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal andinstitutional requirements.
• 25% – Federal Reporting and Program Performance
  Coordinate data collection, validation, and preparation for TRIOAnnual Performance Reports (APRs) and other required grantreports.
  Monitor progress toward program objectives, track participantoutcomes, prepare performance reports and dashboards, andsupport
  program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• 20% – Technology Systems and Technical Support
  Provide technology support and training to TRIO staff andparticipants; maintain electronic forms, reporting tools,databases, virtual platforms, and other program technology;troubleshoot systems and support effective use of educationaltechnology and digital resources.
• 20% – Participant Technology, Education, and WorkforceSupport
  Support technology-based participant services, including FAFSAcompletion, college applications, career exploration, workforce andapprenticeship resources, digital literacy, online learning, andother educational and career platforms. Support emergingtechnologies, data visualization, workforce data systems, Learningand Employment Records, and appropriate AI-supported tools.
• 5% – Other Duties as Assigned
  Perform other duties as assigned in support of BRCC and TRIOProgram operations.

Required Education

Bachelor'sdegree:
Computer technology, information systems, computer science, dataanalytics, or quantitative science

Required Experience

Minimum of five years of experience with database management, dataanalytics, spreadsheets, reporting systems, educational technology,and federal or grant reporting, including APRs and outcomeanalysis
Minimum of two years of experience in education. Demonstratedstrengths in data-driven problem solving, program support,communication, organization, and cross-functional collaborationrequired.
Experience with research, grant-funded initiatives, cloudtechnologies, AI tools, or advanced data modeling preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong public speaking, interpersonal communication, writing,organizational, and technology skills.
Ability to work independently in a results-orientedenvironment.

Preferred Experience

Demonstrated experience achieving measurable outcomes withinestablished timelines.
First-hand experience overcoming barriers similar to thoseexperienced by EOC participants experience overcoming barriers suchas those that affect EOC participants
Experience with research, grant-funded initiatives, cloudtechnologies, AI tools, or advanced data modeling
