Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Manager, Technology & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement to operationalize enterprise technology adoption and cybersecurity awareness across the National Office. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver learning programs, knowledge resources, and communications that support readiness for tech and AI initiatives.

The Manager will lead multiple enablement workstreams, manage onboarding resources, and drive continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leading Learning & Workforce Enablement through delivery of technology and AI learning programs
• Advancing cybersecurity awareness and responsible AI education
• Managing knowledge resources across intranet sites and self-service docs
• Driving communications and change management for enterprise initiatives
• Onboarding and workforce readiness coordination
• Managing program operations and ongoing improvements across enablement programs
• Supporting team operations through internal communications and knowledge sharing
• Representing the TSS function in onboarding and enablement activities
