Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & Training to transform how we teach secure behaviors across our 200,000+ workforce. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and human risk initiatives, delivering AI-enabled learning experiences at scale.

Partner with Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence and other teams to drive measurable improvements in security culture, training effectiveness, and employee engagement worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Change and Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience, with cybersecurity awareness and training background.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and human-risk topics including phishing, identity and access management, and data protection.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable learning experiences.
• Experience with data, metrics, and insights to assess program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Execute global cybersecurity awareness, training, and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as Product/Service Owner for Human Risk Management products and services, defining strategy and adoption plans.
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide awareness campaigns and role-based learning journeys.
• Evolve learning experiences using microlearning, AI-enabled education, and innovative approaches.
• Identify and implement AI and automation to enhance training and engagement programs.
• Establish KPIs to measure security culture, behavior change, and program effectiveness.
• Oversee learning technologies, reporting platforms, and external partners.
