Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Learning and Development, Organizational Change and Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, human risk management, and related areas.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and human-risk topics (phishing, IAM, data protection, cloud security, insider risk, emerging tech).
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong executive communication skills to translate concepts into clear business learning experiences.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner across global teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and target improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute global cybersecurity awareness, training, and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as Product/Service Owner for Human Risk Management products, defining strategy and adoption plans.
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide awareness campaigns and role-based learning journeys.
• Evolve learning experiences with microlearning, gamification, and AI-enabled education.
• Identify and implement AI/automation to enhance awareness and training programs.
• Establish KPIs to measure security culture and program effectiveness; analyze data to find trends.
• Oversee learning technologies, platforms, and vendor relationships for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, L&D, Threat Intelligence, and other teams to promote secure behaviors.
