Job summary

Reporting to the Director, Tech & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement, you will coordinate multiple enablement workstreams, manage day-to-day program execution, and build strong partnerships with Technology Strategy & Services, Information

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in technology enablement or cybersecurity-focused roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple enablement workstreams with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for creating clear, actionable content.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and deliver results.
• Experience with learning programs, content management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology adoption, cybersecurity awareness, workforce readiness, and AI enablement learning programs.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple enablement workstreams and stakeholders.
• Maintain learning resources, intranet content, and self-service documentation.
• Plan and execute communications and change management for enterprise initiatives.
• Support onboarding and employee readiness for technology and security.
• Drive program operations, reporting, and continuous improvement.
