Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor to develop, mature, and scale the bank's technology compliance capabilities enterprise-wide. The role focuses on information security program adherence, policy development, and governance across FinTech and embedded banking partners.

The successful candidate will lead incident management, change coordination, and regulatory exam readiness, working with IT, security, and business teams to strengthen controls and drive scalable compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and SSDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the bank's Information Security Program and applicable regulations.
• Develop and mature policies, standards, and procedures for secure data exchange and API-driven products.
• Create monitoring and reporting mechanisms to identify gaps across partner ecosystems and internal platforms.
• Establish governance practices for FinTech, Embedded Banking, and Core relationships.
