Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor to develop, mature, and scale the bank's technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner with IT, security, and business units to implement policies and controls aligned with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, and PCI-DSS.

The role emphasizes incident and problem management, business continuity, change management, and governance, ensuring secure data exchange, third-party integrations, and API-driven products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and SSDLC practices.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills. Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the bank's technology compliance program in alignment with applicable regulations.
• Develop and mature policies, standards, and procedures for secure data exchange, third-party integrations, and API-driven products.
• Create monitoring and reporting mechanisms to identify gaps across partner ecosystems and internal platforms.
• Establish governance practices for FinTech, Embedded Banking, and Core relationships, protecting confidential information.
