Job summary

Emprise Bank seeks a Technology Compliance Advisor to build and scale the bank's technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise. The role focuses on information security program development, incident management, business continuity, and change governance.

The successful candidate will work with IT, security, and business partners to mature policies, monitor gaps, and ensure alignment with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, and PCI-DSS requirements while driving continuous improvement and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance or IT governance.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills; excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the bank's information security compliance program and related policies, standards, and procedures.
• Design and implement incident and problem management processes; respond to cybersecurity threats.
• Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate change management processes; facilitate CAB meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate regulatory requirements; strengthen IT governance and audit readiness.
