Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor to expand the bank's information security program across the enterprise. The role emphasizes policy development, secure data exchange, and regulatory alignment with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, and PCI-DSS.

The successful candidate will design governance practices, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with IT and security teams to protect confidential information and critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and SSDLC practices.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Understanding of technology oversight frameworks and banking regulations for embedded banking and fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mature, and scale the bank's information security compliance program across the enterprise.
• Design, implement, and manage incidents and problem management processes; collaborate with IT and security teams to respond to threats.
• Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate change management activities, including CAB meetings and documentation of outcomes.
• Interact with employees, vendors, and partners to strengthen governance, controls, and audit readiness.
