Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor to mature and scale the bank's technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise. This role focuses on information security governance, policy development, and oversight of regulatory requirements.

The candidate will design and implement incident management, business continuity planning, and change coordination processes while partnering with IT and security teams to mitigate cyber risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/IL practices
• Strong analytical and time-management skills
• Understanding of technology oversight frameworks and banking regulations for embedded banking and fintech environments

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the bank's Information Security Program and applicable regulations (FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS).
• Develop and mature policies, standards, and procedures for secure data exchange, third-party integrations, and API-driven products.
• Create monitoring and reporting mechanisms to identify gaps across partner ecosystems and internal platforms.
• Establish governance practices for FinTech, Embedded Banking, and Core relationships to protect information and system integrity.
