Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Technology Communications Manager to develop and deliver clear, strategic tech communications that drive adoption and alignment across the Global Technology Organization.

You will translate complex technology initiatives into compelling narratives for executives, employees, and external partners, partnering with Strategy, PMO, and Change teams to ensure a unified, transparent, proactive communication program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in corporate or technology communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with executive-level content.
• Ability to simplify complex technology topics for broad audiences.
• Experience creating communication plans for programs, change initiatives, or enterprise-wide efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual GTO communications strategy aligned to technology priorities and transformation goals.
• Translate complex technology strategies into clear narratives for executives and employees.
• Create content for newsletters, intranet, town halls, and leadership materials.
• Lead messaging for the CTO, SVPs, and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with Strategy, PMO, and Change teams to ensure alignment.
• Measure engagement with metrics and analytics; adjust channels accordingly.
