Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Technology Communications Manager in Miami to lead the planning, development, and delivery of strategic technology communications. You will translate complex technical initiatives into clear messages for executives, employees, and partners.

You will partner with Strategy, PMO, Change Management, and technology leadership to ensure timely, consistent communications that support adoption and understanding across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, PR, marketing, journalism or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in corporate or technology communications.
• Ability to translate complex technology topics into clear, audience-friendly content.
• Experience crafting executive-level communications and program announcements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual GTO communications strategy aligned to technology priorities and transformation goals.
• Define communication plans for major programs, executive announcements, and organizational changes.
• Partner with Strategy, PMO, Change Management to ensure narrative alignment across channels.
• Craft speeches, scripts, and leadership messages for CTO and technology leaders.
• Support leadership forums, ELT updates, town halls, and board-level materials.
