Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a dynamic Communication Associate to translate technology and product changes into clear communications for banking and sales teams. You will develop go-to-market and update plans, coordinate with product and business teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure end users are informed and empowered to drive business results.

Responsibilities include rolling out new or updated tools, content creation for change management, and outage communications as needed to support

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in internal communications and project management.
Experience in Sales Enablement, change management or technology communications and related tools such as CRM or deal management systems.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and working with product owners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects across multiple teams to keep stakeholders informed and assist with rolling out new or updated tools and systems to users.
Develop and deliver communication material to support change management, learning curricula and product updates through various channels.
Develop and execute communication plans for feature releases, platform enhancements and support issues identified by end users and business stakeholders.
Obtain understanding of system and platform functionality.
Present to stakeholders and end-users to understand adoption success, gather feedback, and optimize communications.
