Testing Site - JPMC seeks an experienced HR Business Advisor to partner with managers across Technology, Data and Product. You will execute senior‑level priorities, support senior HR Business Advisors, and drive HR activities to align with business goals.

In this role you will guide compensation, performance, talent management, and leadership development, while collaborating across the global matrix, delivering data-driven insights and ensuring timely changes into business as usual.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of full range of people practices: goal setting, performance assessments, compensation, talent review and management.
• Project management abilities with end-to-end process improvement.
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, quantitative and technical skills to leverage data for HR strategies.
• Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and partner across HR and business.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation of people agenda initiatives for a business area.
• Provide day-to-day advice on human capital matters.
• Advise leadership and cascade structuring/re-organizational changes to BAU.
• Support year-end compensation process with baselines, joins/leavers/transfers and salary planning guidance.
• Assist with performance and talent management, succession planning and promotions timing.
• Facilitate feedback processes and employee input initiatives (surveys, pulse checks).
• Support development and coaching for managers and emerging leaders with the aligned HRBA.
• Provide frontline HR risk/controls support to managers.
• Provide project management support for HR initiatives within LOBs.
• Support cross-LOB and large-scale HR initiatives.
• Work with MIS and reporting to analyze trends and inform decisions.
