Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Change Consultant – Technological Change to lead change management for major technology-enabled initiatives at our Wilmington, DE location. You will partner with IT and business teams to ensure adoption, readiness, and sustained value across transformations.

The role emphasizes translating complex changes into clear business impacts, designing training interventions, and measuring adoption with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading change management for technology or digital initiatives.
• Experience working closely with IT, data, product, or system implementation teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management for major technology-enabled initiatives, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute integrated change plans addressing stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption.
• Translate technical changes into clear business and employee impacts.
• Develop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support effective adoption, including training design.
• Track adoption and readiness metrics and address resistance and risk.
