The Chemours Company is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead – Process & Technology based in Wilmington, DE. This role bridges Supply Chain and Commercial teams with IT, Data & Analytics, Digital, and AI groups, driving scalable, future-state process design across order fulfillment, planning, and customer operations.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in supply chain/digital transformation, ERP experience (preferably SAP), and the ability to translate business needs into technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or related areas.
• Experience with ERP-enabled business processes, preferably SAP or major ERP platform.
• Experience leading processes such as order fulfillment, order-to-cash/sales-to-cash, supply planning, master data, or related end-to-end processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process, system, data, and technology terms for technical teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise data concepts including master data, data quality, data models, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state and future-state process design across order fulfillment, planning, customer, and commercial processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes using automation, analytics, and AI.
• Define data, systems, and technology requirements for IT and analytics teams, ensuring scalable solutions.
