Job summary

Pinnaclearc is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 in Irving, Texas, responsible for ensuring traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases. This role will align AI solutions with required risk models for the ServiceNow platform and assist in coordinating inputs across teams for AI initiatives.

The successful candidate will engage across product, engineering, and governance functions, ensuring efficient delivery of AI use cases while adhering to enterprise standards from inception to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Design, work, consulting, or military experience may apply.
• Experience engaging with all levels of management, including directors and VPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases aligned to required risk models.
• Assist in coordinating inputs across tenants and development teams for AI initiatives.
• Support sprint execution, backlog readiness, and testing/validation coordination.

Skills

AI acumen and knowledge using AI assisted tools like M365 Copilot

Ability to ask the right questions for helping to gather requirements

Strong communication skills

General knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

Technology Business Systems Consultant 4

This role would be accountable for ensuring traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases and aligning all AI solutions to required risk models for the ServiceNow platform.

Additionally, this role would also assist in coordinating inputs across tenants and development teams around AI initiatives and ensuring production readiness standards are met for AI deployments.

Beyond governance, this role is embedded within the AI Innovation and Incubation delivery team, supporting sprint execution, backlog readiness, testing and validation coordination, and cross-team dependency management across engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders.

It serves as a critical connector between product, engineering, and governance functions; ensuring that AI use cases are not only delivered efficiently but are also aligned to enterprise standards from inception through deployment.

Must-Have Skills

• AI acumen and knowledge using AI assisted tools like M365 Copilot, etc.
• Ability to ask the right questions for helping to gather requirements
• Strong communication skills is a must
• Prefer someone who has some general knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Someone that understands the SN capabilities
• Must be able to engage with all levels, directors, VP etc.
• Understanding the AI - language prompts

Required Qualifications

• 5 plus years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
