Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory drivers in a global technology environment.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI; Confluence, Jira, Jira Align.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 2+ years of experience with presentations designed for senior management
• Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets
• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs for the enterprise
• Experience taking administrative and/or shared services from inception to customer delivery
• Strong knowledge, understanding, and prior experience with regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment
• Experience implementing centralized, standardized, and harmonious services across technology domains
• Proven experience managing business and operational functions in a product model construct, including participation in product roadmap planning and feature/backlog prioritization
• Experience communicating complex topics to customers and business executives
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI; workflow; and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Jira Align
