Application Reports Developer - Raleigh, NC - Open to Remote - W2 only

*Candidate must be able to work on the Clients W2 without a vendor or employer**

Position Overview:

This role requires providing technical expertise to develop reports within the CoStar Application.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing a comprehensive report suite.
2. Developing customized reports tailored to specific business needs.
3. Updating reports to ensure accuracy.
4. Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CoStar application.
6. Creating and setting up new transaction types within the application.

Required Skills:

1. Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, and application setup. Lease Accounting Module
2. IT Knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues.
