Job Description:

Application Reports Developer - Raleigh, NC - Open to Remote - W2 only

Candidate must be able to work on the Clients W2 without a vendor or employer

Position Overview:

This role requires providing technical expertise to develop reports within the CoStar Application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing a comprehensive report suite.
• Developing customized reports tailored to specific business needs.
• Updating reports to ensure accuracy.
• Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CoStar application.
• Creating and setting up new transaction types within the application.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, and application setup, including Lease Accounting Module.
• IT Knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions.
• Documentation Skills: Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting.
