Responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled solutions and automate internal workflows.
- Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to design and test AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience with AI.
- Gather requirements and map workflows for AI initiatives.
- Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for AI tools.
- Analyze data to drive continuous AI improvements.
- Support pilot testing and issue tracking for AI initiatives.
- Create documentation and enablement materials for AI features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
- Stay current on AI trends in a regulated environment.
