Raymond James is launching a 12-month Accelerated Development Program in Information Technology designed to groom future Business Analysts. Trainees work on real projects, gain domain knowledge, and get mentorship from leaders and resident experts who guide their development journey.

The program prepares participants for continued work in business analysis within the organization, with a hybrid work arrangement and emphasis on AI-enabled tools and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, MIS, Information Technology, or applicable degree.
• Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).

Responsibilities

• Specified projects and assignments, which may vary based on team alignment.
• Leverage approved AI tools and emerging technologies to support research, documentation, analysis and process improvement activities.
