Job summary

Wells Fargo invites talented students to join its Technology Analyst Program in the San Francisco Bay Area. The program provides corporate immersion across divisions with hands-on projects, mentoring, and professional development to accelerate growth in software development and analytics.

You will design, develop, test, and integrate applications while improving data warehouses and pipelines in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Technology STEM-related major
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June/July 2027
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Initiative, curiosity, and genuine interest in learning and growth
  • Extracurricular enrichment through volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership, or nonprofit activities
  • Knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills
  • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API development
  • Experience with software development shipping cycles (Development, Deploy, Release, CI, CD)
  • Experience leveraging AI (Generative/Agentic), prompt engineering, and data labeling
  • Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without Wells Fargo sponsorship
  • Must work onsite at one of the required San Francisco Bay Area locations in a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the 2-year Technology Analyst Program
  • Complete corporate immersion, division and function-specific training, mentoring, professional development, networking, community service, and program projects
  • Design, develop, test, ready, and integrate applications
  • Develop enhancements, resolve bugs, and create new applications
  • Support application integration and data integrity using ancillary technologies
  • Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments
  • Contribute to data integration by developing data models, maintaining warehouses and analytics environments, and writing scripts
  • Build and maintain data pipelines
  • Support the technical evolution of services in partnership with enterprise architecture, product management, and partner teams
  • Work in Agile Scrum or Kanban settings
