Job summary

Wells Fargo invites talented students to join the Technology Analyst Program in the United States. You will participate in corporate immersion, role-specific training, and cross-functional projects across software, cybersecurity, or data office tracks.

You will design, develop, test, and support applications and data platforms, while applying ML/AI to inform decisions. Hybrid onsite work emphasizes collaboration with architecture, product management, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Technology STEM-related major, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June/July 2027
• 6+ months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with software development shipping cycles (Development, Deploy, Release, CI, CD)
• Experience leveraging generative or agentic AI and related tools (prompt engineering, data labeling)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and onsite in hybrid locations

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 2-year Wells Fargo Technology Analyst Program
• Complete corporate immersion, role-specific training, professional development, networking, community service, and program projects
• Work as a Software Engineer, Cybersecurity, or Chief Data Office analyst
• Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, and support applications, security solutions, data tooling, pipelines, models, warehouses, and analytics environments
• Resolve application and security issues and provide issue-resolution recommendations
• Develop data models, scripts, reusable frameworks, data pipelines, and data integration solutions
• Analyze, clean, transform, validate, and visualize large datasets
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to support decision-making and process automation
• Collaborate with architecture, product management, engineering, analytics, finance, and other cross-functional teams
• Work in Agile Scrum/Kanban environments
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, compliance, standards, and companywide best practices
• Support the technical evolution and integration of Wells Fargo technology services

Requirements

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Technology STEM-related major, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June/July 2027
• Successful completion of the 2026 Technology Internship Program desired
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work, take personal accountability, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment
• Initiative, curiosity, and genuine interest in learning and growth
• Extracurricular enrichment through volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership positions, or nonprofit involvement
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Java, cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills

• Experience leveraging generative or agentic AI and related tools and concepts such as prompt engineering and data labeling

• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future Wells Fargo visa sponsorship
• Must work onsite at one of the required locations in a hybrid schedule
