Qualifications

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience with AI and automation, including developing intelligent agents and workflow automations.
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to design, test, validate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in internal tools and user interfaces.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience across Trimont's platforms.
Support requirements gathering by mapping workflows, documenting pain points, and defining future-state processes enabled by AI.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven tools and features.
Analyze data and performance metrics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Participate in pilot testing, validation, issue tracking, and implementation of AI initiatives, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Create documentation and enablement materials to support adoption of new AI features.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, such as agent-based workflows and automation frameworks, aligned with business goals.
Stay current on AI trends and apply responsible, practical approaches to technology in a regulated, client-focused environment.
