Job summary

ALLO is seeking a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio, building strong, long-term partnerships with business leaders and C-suite contacts. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to align with ALLO's best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graduating technical IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and C-suite executives.
• Sales engineering experience and/or IT leadership experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio, building strong, long-term partnerships with key business leaders, owners, and C-suite contacts.
• Provide strategic guidance by understanding client business goals and conducting regular service reviews to ensure alignment with ALLO's best practices.
• Proactively translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and provide analytical problem resolution using expert knowledge of ALLO's products.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to champion client needs and ensure seamless service experience.
• Look for revenue development opportunities and transition to the ALLO sales organization.
• Drive process improvement by documenting solutions in a knowledge base and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate procedures.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with client leadership across all channels.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to discuss performance, projects, roadmaps, etc.
• Create and deliver periodic reporting to meet varied customer expectations.
