Job summary

GFI Digital Inc. is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to proactively align client technology with our standards. You will conduct scheduled onsite and virtual visits, document environments in IT Glue, and identify gaps and risks to reduce reactive support.

You will partner with the vCIO and ROC to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing alignment across multiple client environments. The TAM focuses on analysis, not fixes, documenting gaps, and providing remediation recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT engineering experience in MSP/multi-client settings.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and occasional after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and virtual visits to assigned clients.
• Prepare alignment, onboarding, and baselining documentation in IT Glue.
• Verify Centralized Services tools (RMM, EDR, monitoring, backup) are active.
• Develop remediation recommendations and submit project intake requests.
• Maintain comprehensive client environment overview (hardware, software, cloud, warranty).
• Support vCIO with solution validation for Statements of Work.
• Log time entries accurately in Autotask and IT Glue.
