Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to proactively align client technology with GFI Digital standards. You will conduct onsite and virtual visits, document baselines in IT Glue, and verify tool configurations to reduce reactive support.

You will collaborate with the vCIO and ROC, building strong relationships with clients and guiding alignment decisions that support roadmap and budget conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Azure).
• Server virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking (LAN/WAN/VPN).
• Strong documentation skills and ability to explain alignment processes to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled onsite and virtual visits for all assigned clients per tier-based engagement.
• Lead the alignment portion of new client onboarding with baseline IT Glue docs and tool verification.
• Verify that Centralized Services tools (RMM, EDR, monitoring, backup) are deployed and functioning correctly.
• Maintain a current overview of each client’s environment (hardware, software, cloud, warranties).
• Provide environment context to the ROC on escalated tickets and hand off issues with detailed notes.
