GFI Digital is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to proactively align client environments with our standards. You will perform onsite and virtual visits, document baselines in IT Glue, and identify gaps for the vCIO to address. The TAM owns onboarding alignment and supports ROC escalation when needed.

Role emphasizes proactive analysis over fixing; build strong client relationships and help drive standardized processes across multiple accounts.

Formación

• Requires minimum 5 years of hands-on IT engineering experience with MS technologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and with client teams; travel to client sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct onsite and virtual client visits per tier-based model.
• Lead alignment during onboarding with baseline IT Glue documentation.
• Verify tools and configurations (RMM, EDR, backup) are present and functioning.
• Document client environments thoroughly for ROC troubleshooting.
