Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to proactively align client environments with our standards, using myITprocess and IT Glue for documentation. You will work with the vCIO and ROC to reduce reactive support by identifying gaps and ensuring proper onboarding.

The TAM will perform onsite and virtual visits, maintain comprehensive client overviews, and contribute to the Technology Alignment Committee, while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years hands-on IT engineering experience with Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, M365, and Azure.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments preferred.
• Familiarity with TruMethods alignment framework is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled onsite and virtual visits for assigned clients per tier engagement model.
• Document environment details and gaps in IT Glue and related tools.
• Build baseline documentation during onboarding and verify tools.
• Provide escalation context to ROC and support teams when needed.
• Maintain time entries and client-facing notes accurately in systems.
