CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting and staffing plans, partnering closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM configuration experience with platforms like Infor, UKG, Legion, and a strong grasp of forecasting concepts to translate

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years' partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change mgmt and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communicating with stakeholders to drive decisions.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for forecasting and scheduling workflows.
• Partner with engineering to convert designs into configuration and build plans.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery including configuration and customizations.
• Drive documentation and artifacts in standard tracking tools.
