Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, staffing standards, and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and rules to support business realities and compliance.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
