7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs

Responsibilities

Lead design forecasting workflows and operating model to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle execution for enhancements, defects, and releases.
Own functional delivery including configuring and customizing vendor applications.
Define scheduling design patterns and ensure compliance with business realities.
