Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus).
• Someone who’shands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn.

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing.
• Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready”.
• Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage.
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading.
• Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed.
